Over the last few years, The Lobby has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.
What started as small gatherings has turned into a national community of medical sales professionals supporting each other in incredible ways.
But as we’ve grown, I’ve felt a pull to get back to something simpler and more meaningful.
The truth is, the most impactful conversations never happen in big rooms.
They happen in
smaller ones — around tables where reps can speak honestly, share real experiences, and
build genuine relationships.
That’s why I’m starting this.
I want to create more intentional, rep-only experiences built around depth, not scale.
And Austin is where it begins.
Austin has been an anchor in our network from the very beginning.
It’s where I call home,
and it’s the community that has supported this journey in so many ways.
Launching this here just feels right.
This founding group is about building something meaningful the right way, from the start — with the right people around the table.
