A core part of our mission at The Lobby is to provide resources and programs geared toward advancing the career of medical sales reps.

The Lobby coaching program is designed for those interested in breaking into medical sales as well as current sales reps looking for additional coaching. Our coaches will work 1 on 1 with candidates to meet your goals!

Meet Emma, The Lobby Network Coach

My mission is to empower individuals like you to achieve your career aspirations through personalized coaching and mentorship. Over the past four years as a medical sales recruiter, I discovered my passion for helping others find their dream careers. During this time, I learned the art of building a perfect resume, interviewing flawlessly, researching the ideal company/role for each individual, and inspiring people like you in landing their dream jobs.

During my interview process, I was offered 4 medical sales jobs and ultimately accepted my dream role. Through this experience, I developed a tried-and-true method, incorporating numerous steps to ensure success. I discovered how to consistently position my name at the top of the resume stack, make a lasting impression on hiring managers and their entire team, and excel in every stage of the interview process, leading to multiple job offers.  

My goal is to bring this method to life for other candidates like you who are ready to take the leap and secure their dream sales careers. It would be an honor for me to be part of your job search process. I understand that it can be stressful and overwhelming, but that's exactly why I'm here. 

What does coaching entail with Emma?

3 months of bi-weekly 1:1 private coaching calls tailored to YOU and your needs. These are specific to your priorities so we can make the most of our time together. 

24/7 messaging access. You will have accountability and support at your fingertips to help keep you on track, stay motivated, and get help as situations come up (because trust us, the interview process can throw you some CURVEBALLS).

Complete resume/LinkedIn revamp. We will collaborate and she will provide you direction to help you effortlessly showcase your skills to capture the eyes of your dream companies with an entirely new profile. 

Customized resources. Tracking documents to hold you accountable and stay organized with interviews, as well as on-demand creation of worksheets and tools for you to have on-hand forever.

FAQ’s

  • Once we receive all submissions, we will match you with our coach, Emma Sturtevant.

  • The program will be virtual.

  • The minimum we ask you to commit to is the bi-weekly 1:1 private coaching calls for a 3 month time period.

  • The coaching program is an initial 3 month commitment with an option to renew at the end of the 3 month period.
