A Year of Connection, Momentum, and Unmatched Community
Dear Lobby Community,
As we close out the year, I keep coming back to one truth — none of this exists without you.
What started as a small idea in Charleston, South Carolina has grown into the largest medical-sales community in North America. Today, more than 100,000 healthcare-sales professionals, leaders, and aspiring reps engage with The Lobby across 30+ cities.
This community has become a national movement built by people who believe in something bigger than themselves.
In 2025, I saw that belief become milestones that once felt like pipe dreams. This year, we accomplished:
47 local and regional events — bringing our total to more than 200 Lobby events since we began. The commitment and passion at each one proves how deeply this community values connection.
Our first-ever National Sales Summit — a sold-out, one-day experience with 150+ attendees, 20+ states represented, and dozens of companies on site. The caliber of speakers, the engagement in every session, and the energy in that room set a new standard for what medical-sales events can be.
30+ active Lobby chapters nationwide — run by dedicated volunteer leaders who pour into their communities through meetups, panels, and gatherings that create real opportunity.
Meaningful partnerships with industry leaders — including Stryker, Medtronic, AbbVie, Procept BioRobotics, MedScout, and more. Many sponsors have already committed to expanding their involvement in 2026, which speaks volumes about the strength and momentum of this network.
Impact at scale — thousands of professionals supported through our job board, mentorship connections, online content, and in-person relationships that spark new roles, new confidence, and new chapters of growth.
Each time you leaned in, each time you’ve shown up, each person you’ve encouraged — you’ve helped build a space where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow.
There were moments this year when I stood in a room, looked around, and felt overwhelmed by what we’ve created together. What we’re building is bigger than any single event, platform, or initiative. It’s a culture shift in medical sales — one rooted in collaboration, access, and shared success.
The best part? We're just getting started.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Next year will be our most ambitious yet with all gas and no brakes on this momentum:
Elevate in Atlanta — sights set on Spring 2026, our next event will feature bigger production, more speakers, more industry leaders, and even more space to learn, connect, and grow.
Continued chapter expansion — bringing The Lobby to new cities so healthcare-sales professionals everywhere can find their people.
The official launch of Vocari — our AI-powered talent-matching platform designed specifically for healthcare sales. Vocari will be the largest database of healthcare sales jobs; transforming how reps, recruiters, and companies find one another by aligning skills, goals, and culture fit. Saving hours of time, it will remove barriers, reduce frustration, and open doors for professionals at every level.
More events, more partnerships, more resources — all intentionally designed to elevate your network, your career, and your momentum.
The Lobby has always been about people. About the rep looking to level up. About the hungry grad who’s breaking into the industry. About the leader who wants to give back. About the community that grows stronger, smarter, and more connected every year.
